The humble egg is one of the most hackable, flexible foods you can eat. There are dozens of ways to make them, and no two ways are alike. In this video from Brothers Green Eats, you’ll learn ten different dishes you can make with just eggs (and maybe a little garnish.)
From a simple (but upgraded) fried egg to a gorgeously oozy soft poach all the way to whipped egg “noodles” and a fluffy “egg sandwich” (where the filling, topping, and yes, the “bread” are all egg), you could work your way through each of these for a week or so and never get sick of eggs.
Some of them are more difficult than others—like oil-poaching an egg, a technique we’ve highlighted before, but the deliciousness that awaits is worthwhile. Other methods, like the baked egg—one that emerges from a 350 degree F (176 degrees C) oven after 10 minutes—with a perfectly cooked white and a nice, oozy yolk, are easy to master.
