Do you ever peel away the leaves surrounding a head of cauliflower, only to be slightly disappointed by what’s leftover? It may seem disheartening to toss out all of that plant matter, but you don’t have to; you can eat it instead.
Instead of throwing out or composting cauliflower leaves, just slice them up and roast or saute them along with the rest of the vegetable. Need recipe inspiration?
