If you missed out on Megabus’s Cyber Monday deal, the bus company is once again offering some pretty cheap tickets for sale today.
The tickets are still free, but you’ll need to pay a booking and facility fee to snag one, which will bring your out-of-pocket cost to $4 a ticket, which still isn’t a bad cost.
Megabus is offering 200 thousand bus tickets for free, so there’s also a good chance you’re going to be able to find one to somewhere you want to travel to. Tickets are only good for travel between January 8th and February 29th.
Megabus routes include rides on the west coast between Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vegas, Oakland, and San Jose and rides on the east coast connecting New York City, Boston, DC, and Philadelphia.
Megabus also isn’t expressly advertising which routes it’s offering free fares for, you’ll just have to find them organically while you’re searching for an itinerary, although the site’s fare finder can make that a little easier.
Unlike the Cyber Monday deal that was unlimited, today’s deal is also limited to a maximum of two seats per reservation.
And keep in mind, the free tickets are sort of like a basic economy ticket on an airline. If you want to do things like pick your seat you’ll need to be willing to pay a little extra.
