We Are All Round in the Friday Open Thread

Hello. Welcome to the Friday open thread, where I creep back into your lives after a month-long sabbatical and you politely pretend that you miss me.

During my suspension absence, Kinja had one of its periodic makeovers—and I, like many of you, pontificated on the roundness of my avatar. Why does it make me feel so different? Do cats, who rely more on scent than sight, care about the difference? I just made that up on the spot, but by all means accept it as fact since it might be true. If you have any thoughts about the new look Kinja, please share them. Or don't, because I don't really care and am only writing this paragraph to fill space. #contentcreator
