Our call for best smartphone running band nominees yielded a winner, and some great alternatives, but no set of contenders.
The Tuneband from Grantwood Technology was the only running band nominated to receive significant support in the initial round. It’s available for a variety of devices, including Samsung phones, iPods, and of course the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, and in lots of color variants.
Most of the suggestions in our initial round were not armbands at all, but personal items belts:
