Web/Android: Evernote is pretty adaptable for managing tasks, as with the Secret Weapon/GTD approach. If you prefer the Personal Kanban method of productivity, though, Kanbanote can arrange your notes into visual lists.
After connecting your Evernote account to Kanbanote, you can create a new list (e.g., "Doing," as above) and tell the app which Evernote notebook or tag to pull the cards in from. Click on the "see details" link to read your notes without having to leave the app.
Sandoche, the developer, created the webapp in just eight hours, and after speaking with him, he quickly added features like dragging notes to different lists, renaming lists, and accessing it all via the Android app. If you have feature suggestions (I'd like to be able to rearrange notes within the lists), you'll probably find that he's very receptive to feedback.
As it is, this is a great way to get a bird's eye view of specific notes (particularly action-oriented ones) you're keeping in Evernote.
