iOS/Android: If you want to help a charity with your mobile phone or tablet, all you need is your camera. Donate a Photo Gives $1 per day for every photo you donate to them.
Johnson & Johnson donates the money and promises not to use it for commercial purposes in the terms of use. They'll use it to promote the sponsored causes, however, and put the photos on the web. So if you take pictures of someone else, please ask their permission before uploading it. If you're trying out something like Project 365, this is a good way to help out a cause while you're at it.
