The dark menu bar in OS X Yosemite is great, but a lot of icons don't play well with the new look. iDownloadBlog shows off how to make your own so they integrate better.
This really only works if you're using dark mode all the time, but if so, it's basically just creating your own little icons using Preview. It's a pretty straightforward process highlighted in the video above, so if you're a dark mode user exclusively, get to it.
