Make Deep-Fried Spring Rolls with Sandwich Bread

Sometimes you have to make do with what's in your pantry, especially if you're making something with unusual ingredients like spring rolls. This video from Food+Wine shows you how to use sandwich bread to make spring roll wrappers.

In a nutshell: take your slices of sandwich bread, cut the crusts off, then roll each slice with a rolling pin until it's almost paper thin. Next, add your filling and use a bit of water on one edge of the "wrapper" to seal the roll. Fry until golden brown and enjoy!
