VeriFyle, a leader in secure messaging and file sharing, announced the addition of digital signatures to its secure cloud storage and sharing platform.

All VeriFyle Pro subscribers will be able to sign documents and receive an unlimited number of signatures from their invited guests as a part of their $9 per month subscription. This new capability can be used in compliance with ESign, UETA as well as the IRS guidance for electronic signatures for forms 8878 and 8879.

“Being able to collect signatures without having to leave the VeriFyle system is a feature that will add a lot of value for our customers,” said Jack Smith, CEO of VeriFyle. “When you combine this new ability with our patented security technology, you have an extremely secure and reliable way to execute all kinds of business transactions.”

Unlike many other cloud-storage and cloud-sharing apps, which use a single master key for encrypting and decrypting their users’ data, VeriFyle’s Cellucrypt technology uses password-derived keys on top of a public-key system to individually encrypt each data object, adding several additional layers of protection for their users.

With the additional option to disable password reset, VeriFyle becomes the most secure file-sharing app available, while remaining extremely simple to use.
