Sling TV makes it easy to build your own channel lineup and keep everybody happy for the holidays. It has sports, news, and entertainment, as well as movie rentals and on-demand content. Here’s a rundown on how you can simplify your streaming with Sling TV.

Sling Orange and Sling Blue

Sling TV offers two different base plans: Sling Orange (32 channels for $20/month for the first month, $40/month afterward) and Sling Blue (42 channels for $22.50/month for the first month, $45/month afterward). Both plans offer many of the same live TV channels, including CNN, BET, Comedy Central, and the Food Network. Your guests will have plenty to watch regardless of which one you choose, but there are some differences. Sling Blue has Bravo’s reality shows, SYFY, and NFL Network, for example, while Sling Orange gets you the Disney Channel plus ESPN. If you can’t decide between these two good options, just sign up for the Sling Orange + Blue plan for $30/month for the first month and $60/month afterward and watch it all.

How to watch the Thanksgiving games with Sling TV

You can watch all three Thanksgiving NFL games on Sling TV. The Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions game will be broadcast on FOX, the Washington Commanders vs. Dallas Cowboys game will be on CBS, and the San Francisco 49ers vs. Seattle Seahawks game will be on NBC. You’ll get FOX and NBC in several select markets on the Sling Blue plan, so your Packers-Lions and 49ers-Seahawks games are likely covered. Sling TV doesn’t offer CBS, but it’s the only streaming service that lets you pair an HD antenna with an AirTV device to watch all of your local channels for free within the Sling app. You can get CBS, FOX, NBC, and more that way.

Sling TV also has add-on packages

Sling TV also offers dozens of add-on channel packages starting at $6/month that will let you watch what you want when you want, and on whatever device you want. For football fans, Sling Blue’s Sports Extra add-on might be a good choice for $11/month, as it adds NFL RedZone. If you’re an NBA fan, you can add Sling Orange’s NBA League Pass for $14.99/month and spend the season watching out-of-market games.

Sling TV makes for a simpler, happier holidays

Forget paying for cable or scrolling forever to find where you can stream sports, news, and entertainment. Sling TV is an affordable and all-in-one streaming service that will keep everyone entertained for the holidays and beyond.
