September has been a great month for deals for PC gamers. EA is running an up-to-80%-off sale on their branded games, and now the Epic Games store is launching its own sale, also offering titles at up to 80% off (the sale language says 75% but I found titles with deeper discounts). Through Sept. 28, you can find deals on hundreds of PC titles, including meaga-hits like Grand Theft Auto V: Premium Edition and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, for less than $15. Here are some highlights to consider.

Best Epic Games deals from their September Savings event

It’s tricky to time your video game purchases to make sure you’re paying the lowest price, but with Black Friday still two months out, if you can afford not to wait, why not enjoy yourself? You’re not guaranteed to find the same games discounted that day anyway. Here are some nice pickups from the current crop of discounted titles:

  • Skyrim Special Edition $9.99 (normally $39.99). The special edition is 75% off and gets you the full base game and all its add-on expansions, plus other in-game enhancements.
  • Grand Theft Auto V: Premium Edition $14.99 (normally $29.99) The premium edition is 50% off and includes the complete GTAV story, access to the GTA online and all gameplay and content upgrades.
  • Battlefield 2042 Elite Edition $35.99 (normally $89.99). The elite edition is 60% 0ff and brings you the base game, four seasons worth of content, and the “Lost World” cosmetic bundle. Or you can get the base game for $17.99.
  • Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 $19.99 (normally $39.99). This is the remastered bundle of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2, available at 50% off.
  • Quake 2 $3.99 (normally $9.99). This is the classic 1997 game remastered with new campaign content, online multiplayer, and co-op support for 60% off.
  • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands $9.99 (normally $49.99). Play Ghost Recon in an open world for 80% off.
  • Jurassic World Evolution 2 $14.99 (normally $59.99). This is the sequel to Frontier’s Jurassic World Evolution, and it’s 75% off.
