iOS 8.4 and Apple Music Are Now Available

Apple just released iOS 8.4, which comes packed with Apple Music alongside a few bug fixes. The Apple Music service is also now live and ready to go. iTunes for Windows and Mac also get an update to bring in the new service.

Apple Music is Apple’s answer to streaming music services like Rdio and Spotify. It’s packed inside the Music app, which gets a whole new design. You’ll get new a radio station (included Beats 1, Apple’s own radio station), a custom music recommendation section, Connect (Apple’s social network), and your music library. During the setup process, Apple Music will ask you pick some of your favorite genres, link up to your iTunes account, and from there you’ll be on your way to you using your three month free trial. You can grab iOS 8.4 from software update (Settings > General > Software Update) right now. As for iTunes, head over to the Updates tab in the Mac App Store to get the update.
