There’s a subscription service for everything these days, from TV to beauty products to meals. Most of them don’t cost much each month, but they can add up. Author Ramit Sethi offers a simple flowchart to help you decide whether your subscription is worth it.

First, you’ll want to make a list of all of the services you’re subscribed to, whether it’s Internet, Netflix, gym memberships, whatever. Then, ask yourself the four simple questions in Sethi’s chart:
