Wunderlist is already our favorite to-do app on the Mac and the Yosemite version is even better. Not only does it sport a nice, clean, Yosemite look, it also integrates perfectly into Notification Center. You can see your upcoming to-dos, reply directly to a notification, and share anything over to Wunderlist with the share extension. Handoff also works between the iOS apps and Yosemite just as you'd expect.

PCalc is a powerful calculator app that does all kinds of calculations. On it's own, it's a just a great little calculator, but the Notification Center integration with the Yosemite update makes it even better. You can pull up PCalc in Notification Center and start calculating right there.
